You are required to complete the official registration procedure and provide accurate, verifiable identity details before joining our physical campus branches or online virtual campus classes, and prior to gaining access to the relevant curriculum units, lectures, or study materials.

By completing the registration form, checking the agreement confirmation, or accessing the LMS portal, you explicitly agree to be bound by all provisions set forth in this document.

An ‘Admission Fee’ will be charged accordingly upon enrollment, with distinct and separate fee schedules established for:

• Mass Classes: Large-cohort lecture batches conducted physically or via Zoom live broadcasts.
• Group Classes: Interactive cohort-based sessions with limited batch capacity.
• Individual & Corporate Training: Specialized customized coaching programs.

Admission fees are non-transferable between different course tracks unless formally authorized in writing by the Campus Registrar.

The online access credentials granted to you by the Insight Global Campus platform strictly authorizes a single individual user. You are strictly instructed not to share, lease, loan, or distribute your login credentials with any third party.

You are permitted to use the online access, study units, speaking zone sessions, verb dictionaries, and multimedia resources exclusively for personal educational and learning purposes. Any other purpose, including commercial exploitation, public broadcasting, unauthorized tutoring, or data mining, is strictly prohibited.

You must make payments on a monthly or full-course schedule basis for the class(es), video recordings, and educational resources of your choice before the specified due dates to retain uninterrupted access.

Once you make the required verified payments, you will be granted access to the enrolled class(es), lecture video recordings, and educational resources on the LMS.

You acknowledge and accept that in the event you encounter any technical failure, internet disconnection, browser crash, device malfunction, or power interruption arising on your end during video streaming, it will be counted as one lost chance against your allocated access limit. Students are strongly advised to ensure a stable internet connection before initiating video playback.

Students and users are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, screen-capturing, or screen-recording any video lectures, Zoom meetings, or Speaking Zone audio clips.
• Copying, altering, modifying, or distorting course text materials, past papers, answer schemes, or assignment guidelines.
• Distributing, sharing, uploading, or reselling any study assets, whether physically, via messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram), or social media.

All class(es), video recordings, lecture handouts, software tools, curriculum architecture, and educational resources are the exclusive copyrighted properties and intellectual assets of Insight Global Campus.

Official Certificates of Completion and Cambridge / IELTS assessment endorsements will only be awarded to students who fulfill:

• Minimum verified attendance rate of 80% across scheduled physical and live Zoom sessions.
• Timely completion and passing scores on all designated assignments, Speaking Zone benchmarks, and final examinations.
• Full clearance of all financial dues and admission liabilities.

Insight Global Campus reserves the right to amend course delivery dates, campus venues, and assigned academic instructors when necessary for operational or academic enhancement.
